Revista Insights

Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of Revista Insights ("Revista", "we", "us"), a service that analyzes your business's Google reviews. By creating an account or using Revista, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you").

1. The service

Revista reads the Google reviews of locations you connect, analyzes them with AI, and shows the results in a dashboard. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Your account

3. Google access

4. Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide, secure and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to upload any staff information you provide, and for not uploading sensitive personal information such as patient records.

5. AI results

Revista's analysis is produced by AI and can be wrong: a topic misfiled, a name matched to the wrong person, a sentiment misread. Review the results before acting on them, especially before decisions about individual employees.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Revista: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other customers' data or to disrupt the service, no reselling access without our written agreement, and no posting of replies that are false, abusive, or that disclose private information about a reviewer.

7. Fees

Early-access customers pay the fees agreed with us in writing. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any change to your fees.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using Revista at any time; email us to close your account and delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we discontinue the service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

9. Disclaimers

Revista is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Availability depends in part on Google, Anthropic and other providers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Revista is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We'll email account admins at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Using Revista after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
